Improvements Underway at Clearbrook Park
Fredrick County is advancing a park redesign at Clearbrook Park with a new pool planned for spring 1980, a 40 foot arching bridge, and a master plan for tennis courts paths and multi use areas. The lake renovation removed a failing levee, increased depth, and will restrict swimming this season to paddle boats and fishing. The project relies on donations for a new concession stand and ongoing improvements to create a quality public facility per Ned Cheeley and Mark Burke.
