Two Drown In Shenandoah River Boating Accident
Polly Altizer 22 of Fairfax Inn and Douglas Zeilor about 25 of John Marshall Highway drowned when a 16 foot wooden boat capsized three-fourths mile downriver from a Cedarville area plant.
