UN Assembly Aims to End 23rd Session Today
The United Nations General Assembly plans to conclude its 23rd session with votes on a nuclear nonproliferation treaty and a resolution on South Africa’s rule in South West Africa Namibia. The assembly, meeting since last September and resuming in April, faces abstentions by the United States Britain and France over Namibia and sanctions.
