Estimates show Milton Freewater about 20 percent crop, Yakima Valley about 50 percent or 7,000 cars, Wenatchee about 60 percent or 10,000 cars. Cecilene Larrick of White Palace Restaurant was badly hurt after colliding with a fire escape ladder at the Colonial Theatre. He suffered facial cuts and a threatened throat artery.
