Bank of Virginia offers new six month certificates with rates tied to treasury bills
The Bank of Virginia launches short term savings certificates linked to average weekly U S Treasury Bill rates. A six month term pays current rate, guaranteed for six months, with a $10 000 minimum and penalties for early withdrawal. Also new eight year Savings Plus plans eight year certificates and three year Keogh and IRA plans with high yields and daily compounding.
