Charles Franklin Harris 56 of N Kent St was acquitted in Corporation Court of voluntary manslaughter in the death of Preston Henry Jackson 43 after Jackson died January 30 at Memorial Hospital from a shotgun wound. Jackson died days after an argument between the men. Harris had pleaded guilty February 25 but changed to not guilty. Jury foreman was William D Nash. other jurors listed.
