Grand jury may send for Keet in kidnapping case
Springfield Missouri June 5 Judge A A Johnson said the grand jury may send for J Holland Keet father of the kidnapped child if he does not voluntarily reveal facts about the kidnapping. The judge hinted the baby might have been recovered and Keet may be silent to protect the child.

The City Hall Auditorium in Winchester resumed cinema use after years closed. The Citizens Band leased the hall for one month at 25 dollars, with potential indefinite extension if profitable, and nightly six reel shows at a nickel. Jets Six Months For Breaking Jail
Walter Nichols, youth who escaped from jail during a thunder storm, recaptured at Flint Hill, Rappahannock county, was sentenced in police court to six months on the State road force for the escape. He will also serve his original six month sentence, totaling a year for robbery.
