Aaron Vetter a 73 year old Snodstock Virginia man was found guilty in police court yesterday of stealing from several local stores. He received six months in jail and cried when told of the newspaper publication. Items recovered included socks silk bloomers shirts gloves necklaces knives a silk scarf and many other baubles. He said he lived retired with no family and resided with a respectable Woodstock family.

Belair Massachusetts July 24 Poison was found in the body of Edward Stone husband of Mrs Hattie Stone held in jail here charged with the murder of her son George Stone. The poison matched that in George and Edgar Stone with the same substance detected in both bodies. Edward Stone, a railroad signalman, died January 30 1928, the older son Edgar died about 18 months earlier.
