Youth On Tour Dies From Heart Attack Near Stephens City
James Emmett Isaac, 18, of Arlington Virginia, died of a heart attack in Stephens City while en route to Bristol Tennessee for a vacation. He was a Kingsport native born November 16 1921, and recently graduated from high school. He planned to attend George Washington University in the fall. His father Andrew Isaac drove from Arlington. the youth attempted to step from the car and gasped twice before collapsing. Death certified by carditis. Burial plans await Arlington arrangements.
