The 52 year old Harry F. Chrismore found with a bullet wound at the Eagles Club house on West Boscawen street will be buried at Mount Hebron Cemetery after services at 301 East Piccadilly street. Survived by widow Rosa Winkfield and three children including Mrs Virginia Lauck. Dr L M Allen identified the body. coroner’s jury abolished.

In Wyoming county last night state prohibition officer Gus J. Simmons was killed and Sam Lester wounded while he and two colleagues hunted a moonshine still in Little White Oak creek area. Reed Committee Suit Dismissed Over Delaware County Ballot Boxes
