Two local youths, one 18 and the other 15, were arraigned for defacing 11 tourist signs with thrown oranges during a January spree in Winchester. The older received six months with five days to serve and one year of probation. restitution over 150 dollars and a $50 disciplinary fine. the juvenile was committed to the State Welfare Department with terms of probation and withheld commitment.
