Forgery Charged In Spinster's Will Indictment
Three men Fresh Lasch Fred Dresel and Bernardino Mastromonaco were indicted for first degree forgery in the will of 81 year old Miss Mathilde Mol sberger who died last June with an estate about 280000. The exhumed body showed a lethal barbiturate dose. The trio allegedly forged a blank will signed before her death directing Dresel to receive the residuary estate. Investigations extend to the deaths of two other elderly women connected to two of the men.
