William Sidweh Clayton, 46, died after weeks of illness at his parents home 45 Harrison Street Cumberland Maryland. He is survived by his parents David L Clayton and Mrs. Clayton sister Mrs Joseph H Varney and brother David L Clayton. Funeral conducted by Rev Dr James E Moffatt at his parents home and burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Mrs George W Kurtz and Captain Kurtz left for Cumberland for the funeral. He had visited Winchester many times and was well known in the area.
