Christmas Charity at Winchester Hospital Aids Patients
Money donated by the Fellowship Club and others funded a family from the master list with a large food and clothing basket plus toys. Nurses used store generosity to reduce bills, aiding further provisions. Several individuals donated for patient food, and staff assisted with tonsil operations, shoes for a crippled child, and sanatorium referral. A Junior Auxiliary effort helped three boys and girls access tonsil surgeries. Total December visits reached 264 across prenatal, postnatal, infants, preschool, Pacacon, TB and adult patients.
