Roy Hettenhouser of Martinsburg was found guilty of murder in the first degree in Moundsville Circuit Court for the December night shooting of Mike Kostolich, a Polish banker of Benwood. He and Hezekiah Pearrell robbed the Kostolich office. Kostolich died the next day after a struggle during the attempted robbery. Pearrell testified for the state and faces trial next week.
