INDIANAPOLIS Feb. 25 U. S. District Judge Luther M. Swygert denied the International Typographical Union’s bid to block a Taft Hartley injunction. He set a hearing for 10 a.m. March 3 on the petition filed by the National Labor Relations Board. The 13 page opinion upheld Section 101 of the Taft Hartley Act allowing NLRB injunctive relief.
