Mary Frances Crosby, 16, daughter of Bing Crosby and Kathryn Grant Crosby, is chosen Queen Shenandoah XLIX for the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival April 30 to May 2 in Winchester. The announcement was made by Mrs Frank Armstrong III. Crosby, a Burlingame High School graduate now at Texas University in Austin, will reign as the festival honors.
