Mother and Child Hurt in North Cameron Intersection Crash
Mrs Edna Boyce and her daughter Louise were struck by a truck driven by Wilbur Wiseman 23 of Stephens City Va at 9 50 this morning at North Cameron Street and Rouss Avenue. Louise suffered a cut under the eye and minor injuries while Mrs Boyce had a fractured right thigh and a head cut. She will stay in the hospital for some time with the other injuries not considered serious. The car owned by W B Vincent was travelling about 15 mph northbound. Wiseman received a summons for reckless driving.

Michael Ritter a 77 year old former shopkeeper charged with the fatal shooting of 12 year old Sue Stokes on November 30 is found unquestionably insane by Dr G W Brown superintendent of Eastern State Hospital Williams burg. The report submitted to the clerk of courts says Ritter is elderly and deteriorating but insane. Ritter also indicted as Roko Umbrick was committed for mental observation last month. Ellen Coleman the other wounded girl noted Ritter fired from a store he owns as the pair ran away after the first shot and a second brought down Stokes.
