Harmer’s attorney moved to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction since Harmer lives in the county. James Sullivan Funeral Tomorrow From Sacred Heart Church
The funeral for James Sullivan will be at 10 o'clock tomorrow from the Church of the Sacred Heart with Rev. John McVerry officiating. Burial will be in the family lot at the Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers include Lewis Trier and William Keating, and Sullivan's four sons E. Russell Frank A J. Joseph and Bernard M. Sullivan. He died in Richmond Virginia on Wednesday after three years there. Remains were brought to Winchester and placed at 306 National Avenue with the body kept until the service. He was born in New York City in 1845 and spent part of his youth in Ireland returning to the U S in the late 1860s. He was in his seventy second year.
