Northeastern U Professor Buried by Mt Washington Avalanche

A Northeastern University psychology professor Aaron Leve 28 of Boston was buried by an avalanche that swept a party of five Sunday afternoon near Tucker Man’s Ravine on Mt Washington in the White Mountains. Five survivors from Massachusetts sustained minor injuries while Leve was missing and presumed dead.

Police Refresher Course Complete Banquet Wednesday

The Winchester Police Department prepares an annual banquet at the George Washington Hotel Wednesday after completing the In Service Re-training Course begun January 17.
