Jury Hearing $30 000 Suit Is Dismissed
A seven member jury heard the $30 000 damage suit of Mrs. Della Malone of Berryville against Herman H Hable of Winchester. The panel was dismissed after an expert witness remark, with a new panel to be summoned tomorrow. Mob Lynches Suspected Banker Killer in Ringgold
In Ringgold Louisiana a 24 year old black man Nelson Nash kidnapped bank cashier J P Bachelor and his wife during an attempted robbery. He fatally beat Bachelor who died from head injuries after defending his wife. A mob hanged Nash at the slaying scene and shot the body.
