Bullet Pierced Heart in Feathers Case
Dr. Russell Fisher said a bullet fatally wounded Betty Jo Feathers in what may have been a drive by shooting. The 29 year old from Kearneysville was found dead January 28 in a Frederick Maryland car as her husband Keith Feathers faced murder charges. Police say the couple had a six month old child and were separated. she was visiting a sister in Winchester before being picked up.
