The funeral of Capt Hunter B. Grimm prominent Winchester contractor fireman and former city council member who died last Friday after a brief illness was held yesterday. The Friendship Fire Company he once led attended in force. Interment was in Mount Hebron Cemetery with pallbearers A Porter House Charles K Over William Dellinger Fred W Forney James P Reardon and W A Baker.
Leslie D. Kline announces Ansell B. Solenberger will join the Frederick County School Board for Shawnee district to fill the vacancy left by William M. Richards after his resignation and relocation. Solenberger, a county native and Shawnee Building and Loan Association manager, is regarded as well qualified for the post.

The inquiry also targets Boeing Air Transport stock exchanges and potential profits tied to United Aircraft, with witnesses including W. E. Boeing and several aviation executives. The House Naval Affairs sub committee plans to summon former secretary of the navy Charles Francis Adams and two assistants to probe airplane contracts and high profits.
