New Gas Line Piping In More Growth For Winchester Area
Shenandoah Gas Co expands a 12 mile natural gas pipeline from Nineveh to Clearbrook linking with a 38 mile existing system. The project costing about 1.35 million dollars won bids Oct 9 by Diamond S Construction Co. Of Houston Texas. Completion now expected mid January amid weather delays. Albert W. Loring, Shenandoah Gas VP, says the line will open more market area and support regional industrial growth and a healthier economy.
