Bingler and Walker were arrested near Route 11 at daybreak. Fix was taken at his home later. Authorities say the incident involved armed youths and a red bandanna and the trio fled after freeing the woman.

Two Clarke county men, Samuel Brown Jr. and Charles Alexander, suffered compound leg fractures when a car rear ended their horse drawn wagon east of Berryville.
