In the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Frederick County Virginia December 20 1922 Benjamin M Hedrick and Hazel G N Hedrick seek a vincula divorce on adultery and desertion. An affidavit shows the respondent Hazel G N Tedrick is not a resident of Virginia. He must appear within 15 days of due publication and take action to reject her interest.
