Frye and negatives by J. B. Snapp and W. H. Williams. Judges Patrick Lockhart C. A. Fauver and L. E. White awarded three votes to the negative. The audience cheered the judges on the decision.
The will of the late H. C. Wise carver, of the county, who died recently, has been admitted to probate in Frederick county. The decedent devises to his widow Mrs. Laura Wisecarver one-third of his estate and two-thirds to his son Holmes Richard Wiseeh.
The widow remains guardian of her son as stated in the will. Attorney M. M. Lynch was named executor but declined to qualify, so the court appointed James H. Wisecarver as administrator with the will annexed.
