41 000 Bags of Mail Is Seized
Berlin reports that between December 1916 and September 30 this year 41 000 bags of mail bound to and from Germany were seized by British and French naval authorities. Of these 24 200 bags were bound from Germany and 16 000 bound to Germany. A few letters released show they had been read by censors.
