Escapee Captured in Winchester Raid After Jail Escape
Donald Stottlemyer, who escaped custody on Tuesday after a six month jail sentence and $500 fine for a December escape, was captured by Winchester Police in the 500 block of South Loudoun Street at 3 45 p.m. He is jailed on escaping and fleeing custody charges and still faces the original drug charge. Police also reported burglaries and thefts including a radio, a suitcase, clothing worth $301.95, and a car radio stolen from John Owens of Stephenson.
