Mrs. Elizabeth Bryarly who died December 7 left a will directing the bulk of her time to be given to Winchester Hospital as a memorial to her daughter Elizabeth Fitzhugh Bryarly. The residence at 320 South Washington Street passes for life to Leah Elizabeth Van Ness with eventual sale to fund the hospital’s children’s ward. The Bryarly car and jewelry go to Van Ness. James P. Reardon qualified as executor with bond of $10 000. Appraisers named Grim Noonan Baker G Baker Ridgeway.

George L. King, 76, charged in the July 6 killings of Doris Einstein Wirt and Clayton Wirt, killed himself at his New River home in Pulaski County.
