Police probe a 29 year old man in the city’s sixth strangling as they revisit the Aug. 14 31 year old Barbara Bowsman murder and earlier killings dating back to December 1965. Lulu Kerrick 81 was found in her apartment elevator after mass at St Peter in Chains Cathedral.
