Cloudy skies threaten tonight's Christmas parade but little chance of rain. The event, sponsored by the Retail Merchants Association, starts 6 30 p.m. from Shenandoah Valley Bank Lot along Loudoun Street to City Hall. Santa rides last float as bands perform and local notables attend.
