Winchester will begin city bus service at 6:30 a m Thursday under Winchester City Transit Lines Inc with 10 drivers. Route 1 runs Millwood Ave to N Cameron St Loudoun St on a 30 minute cycle while Route 2 serves Valley Pike to Elm St with 15 minute headways. Fares are 10 cents with 20 ride books for 1 75 and service runs until 11 30 p m with buses housed at Shenandoah Motor Co.
