Deer hunter 21 killed in Wardensville woods
Lynn Davis Swisher a 21 year old Deer hunter was killed early this morning while deer hunting near Baker West Virginia about five miles west of Wardensville. He was struck during a hunting party crossing and died at the scene. State police exonerated another hunter in the group. Swisher was the son of Mr and Mrs B W Swisher of Rio West Virginia and worked for Harold Ludwig in Baker. He attended Wardensville schools and is survived by four brothers and three sisters including Bonnie and Mary Swisher. Funeral services are set for 2 pm Sunday at Sperrys Run with interment in the church cemetery.
