Court visitor fined for tollgate offense and outburst
A man giving the name C. F Tugle of Ohio claimed to visit his father near Appomattox county and pleaded guilty to running the tollgate on the Martinsburg pike. Farm Tragedy in Clarke County Ends in Death
George R. Stump, 67, a Funkhouser farm tenant, died after being found unconscious in the barn yard with a crushed skull.
