J R Welch of White Post Clarke county and Lee Baker of this city face Trial Magistrate Taverner in Frederick county court at 10 tomorrow to explain an automobile collision at about 1 30 Sunday afternoon near Opequon creek bridge on Front Royal road. Baker and five girls were injured. Baker fractured his right arm and several girls had cuts and injuries. Welch was charged with operating under the influence and destroying property. Baker with reckless driving. Welch was released on bond. the Baker car was demolished and all injured were treated at Memorial Hospital.
