Drunken Driving Charge Brings Month in Jail
Lawrence G. Ruble, 24, of Rt. 1 Bunker Hill a second offender, was found guilty of drunken driving and acquitted of hit and run. He was ordered to serve 30 days of a 90 day sentence, fined 100 dollars and costs. A 14 month old boy escaped serious injury after a stroller was struck near the Dorsey home at Clearbrook. Witnesses included Trooper James Kincaid and Sheriff Robert DeHaven.
