Judge rules man may yell at Cincinnati Zoo apes
Albert Richardson was told by Judge Peter Outcalt he may yell at apes in the Cincinnati Zoo only when no other humans are nearby. Richardson was arrested after an incident in the ape house with a security guard saying he used foul language and drank wine. The judge dismissed the case citing constitutional right to talk to the apes without humans nearby.
