Pond Sentenced To Four Months for Drunken Driving
Fred Pond was sentenced to four months in jail after pleading guilty to operating a car while under the influence of liquor and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Police court judge Frank H. William Parker, a respected Winchester resident and baker by trade, died today at 442 North Kent Street after several weeks ill from dropsy. Born in Charlottesville fifty years ago, he was part of the Parker family and survived by two sisters and four brothers.
