Auto crash leaves Clarke county man with skull fracture
A northbound crash on the Martinsburg pike near Clearbrook left J. Howard Ginn of Clarke county Va unconscious with a skull fracture. The other passenger was also injured. Ginn remained in critical condition at Memorial Hospital. Authorities seek the driver who fled scene after the Ford roadster wreck.
