The George Washington Hotel in Winchester, a $500000 project, will be operated by American Hotels Inc of New York, a United States Company of America subsidiary. Directors approved a contract with the chain and set a stockholders meeting for May 2 to ratify. The hotel should open in June to host the Virginia State Bar Association in early July.
