Robert James, a man of this city, was arraigned before Magistrate F H Krebs in police court yesterday and sentenced to twenty days in jail for violating sanitary regulations. He was charged with dumping refuse matter into the Town Run near Stewart street crossing. This marks one of the first jail sentences for sanitary violations in a long time.
