Last Rites for Dr Ward Former Mayor Held
Funeral services for Dr Julian F Ward former mayor of Winchester and longtime Baltimore and Ohio civil engineer and medical examiner were held at Christ Protestant Episcopal Church. He died Monday night at his South Washington Street home. The service featured Masonic rites and a procession to Mount Hebron Cemetery. Police traffic control was in place for the funeral route.
