Independent film aims to tell its own story with limited funds
The Man with the Perfect Swing continues toward completion as Angela and Mike Hovise describe their low budget project. Associate producer Todd McCord joins 15 crew members while Mike edits and works on sound. Angela hopes the film will sell, funding The Pull next. Mike, a St. Thomas University graduate, learned editing under Oscar winner Michael Kahn. The couple emphasizes non profit experience and the craft’s power to transform performances.

A wife should respond with quiet self respect, soft distance, and independence to open avenues for change, rather than hostility. The approach aims to preserve personal dignity and the relationship without demanding affection.
