Freedom From Smoking course and Great Expectations workshop
Freedom From Smoking is a seven part course by the American Lung Association. Free Orientation is Tuesday September 15 from 7 to 8 p.m. Sessions begin September 17 from 7 to 8 30 p.m. Cost 95 dollars. Great Expectations helps expectant mothers understand physical and emotional pregnancy changes led by Kay Rybiski RN on Tuesday September 29 from 7 to 9 p.m. Cost 10 dollars.

Wild School Menu for the Week
A school menu lists daily breakfast and lunch items from Monday to Friday with beverages. Monday offers fruit juice and oatmeal, spaghetti with meat sauce for lunch. Tuesday features apple juice and turkey noodle casserole. Wednesday includes chilled fruit and sausage patties with hamburger and fries.
