Traces of Wimberley’s Past Tour Today in Wimberley
A two part WIC historic tour of local sites runs today with docent led visits from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Maps are at The Old Mill Store The Paper Clip and the Visitors Center lot Ozona Bank lot and at tour stops. Fischer Tour starts at 5 30 p.m. with a dance at 8 p.m. Roy Haag performs and Linda Allen Catering provides fajitas. The events are free and sponsored by WIC and the Hays County Historical Commission.

FEMA rejects appeal on Barton Creek flood map revision
The Federal Emergency Management Agency denied the final appeal to modify the Barton Creek flood discharges and the NUCALLAS model assumptions used for the Hays County floodplain map. County Judge Eddy Etheredge received the letter from John L. Matticks stating a revision is not appropriate at this time.

County Budget Draft Shows Drawing Down Reserves
