Tess Quarles to be honored at 95 with surprise party
Tess Quarles of Paradise Valley, a longtime bonnet lady and thrift shop helper, turns 95 with a surprise birthday event at the Senior Citizens Center in Wimberley. Family and friends from Wimberley and around Texas will attend, as Quarles remains active in crochet and handicrafts despite a recent illness and a partial retirement from volunteer work.
