Traditional Chinese art by Wang Mansheng shown in Wimberley
Beijing artist Wang Mansheng and his wife Helena have been living in Wimberley awaiting their daughter Chloe. He is an expert in traditional Chinese art forms and appraising Chinese porcelain furniture textiles and paintings. He dwells on ink on paper with absence suggesting water and clouds and notes western influence. He is filming and compiling documentaries on living Buddhas Tibetan culture and ancient master restorations. His work reflects a transition from strict tradition to experimenting with oil paints while maintaining core stylistic traits. See Mensheng, next page.
