Aero bic wastewater system seen as Wimberley option
The report highlights an aerobic wastewater treatment system as an alternative to septic tanks for local businesses and residents in Wimberley. It notes Kepfler, the Vernors, and Bob Ireland exploring the system to permit growth while protecting Cypress Creek, with Aqua Dulce Construction handling installation and Hydro-Flo along with Aqua Drip Innovations supplying the equipment. The technology, used for nearly four decades, offers expansion space and creek protection.

Underground aerobic treatment system gains ground in Texas
A scaled down extended aeration process for small central plants operates underground. Water is oxygenated by diffusers producing a 24 hour purification, reducing wastewater to clear odorless liquid for drip irrigation or disposal. Tim Taylor of Hydro-Flo cites 97 percent effluent removal, 12 percent above NSF 85 percent, with space savings and shallow soil installation.
