Joseph Gerhardt Koniakowsky 78 a resident of Wimberley died Tuesday August 16. A memorial service was held Friday at Wimberley United Methodist Church with Rev. Fletcher Pool officiating. Survived by wife Alice Sue Watson Koniakowsky of Wimberley sons Joe Wiley Koniakowsky of Corpus Christi Wade Watson Koniakowsky of Monarch Beach CA sister Mary Lee Morgan of Fallbrook CA and three granddaughters Arrangements by Thomason Funeral Home Wimberley.
A graveside service was held for 38 year old Kimberly Ann Bernhard of Elgin on August 18 in Wimberley. She is survived by husband Arthur Darrell Bernhard son Joshua Kruse Bernhard brother Tommy Dale Montgomery sister Marsha Gayle and grandmother Cleary Ruth Harrell all of Houston. Services by Thomason Funeral Home Wimberley.
Andrew J Farris age 83 of Wimberley died Thursday August 11. A lifelong rancher in Hays County he is survived by four brothers Riley Leon J C and H L all of Wimberley and one sister Leona Kilgore of Austin along with numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Graveside services were held August 11 at Wimberley Cemetery with Rev J B Young officiating. He joined the Christian Church and was baptized in the early 1930s.
Sirens as pallbearers were his nephews Richard Farris of Wimberley Larry Farris of Kyle Dennis Farris of San Marcos Dan Montgomery of Blanco Paul Montgomery and Paul Farris of Austin.
